CHALLENGE
Farmland Foods, a leading pork producer across the U.S. with over 9,000 employees and $4.3 billion in sales, was in the midst of a company-wide rebranding initiative affecting hundreds of SKUs, from numerous product categories and dozens of product families. The project was defined by aggressive timelines with the ultimate goal of launching the new brand to coincide with the summer grilling season.
SOLUTION
Rhycom was tapped to provide strategic planning, project management and competitive research, working closely with Farmland’s marketing, customer insights, labeling and compliance groups to assist in product messaging and positioning as well as streamlining the package redesign and production process. Rhycom’s work was part of the overall national rebranding effort undertaken by Farmland Foods.
