CHALLENGE
United BioSource Corporation (UBC), an Express Scripts Company, partners with life science companies to make medicine and medical products safer and more accessible. A leading provider of pharmaceutical support services, UBC attends over 30 industry conferences each year in the U.S. and Europe to meet with clients and partners. At a recent industry meeting, UBC was looking for a distinctive way to stand out among the 450 exhibitors and reach the more than 7,000 global attendees.
SOLUTION
In addition to the planning and execution of UBC’s 20’ x 30’ booth, Rhycom organized a 150-person client event. Rhycom orchestrated the event from concept to execution by researching event locations, selecting the menu and furniture, and coordinating on-site logistics. The event was a great success and well attended by many current and prospective clients.
