Commerce needed an inventive solution to help train their Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) at more than 200 full-service branches. Their challenge involved providing on-going education to FSRs on the bank’s products and services related to their small business customers, thus enabling them to better serve these Commerce customers.
Rhycom developed a role play video for training FSRs. It depicts recommended conversation points to be used with small business customers. Additionally, four actual-customer video vignettes were created to highlight the challenges that small business customers face and what they require from their banking relationship. The videos and additional training materials are included on the bank’s internal resources website, for which Rhycom provided the user interface design.
