Social Media Specialist
Rhycom is seeking a results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client social media accounts from strategy through execution — planning calendars, creating and publishing engaging, trending content, running paid campaigns, and monitoring performance. You’ll design visuals, produce short-form video, and contribute fresh creative ideas to fuel performance. This role blends social media management, paid social, content creation, and light graphic design in a performance-focused environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in social media account management, content creation, or digital design
- Strong proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at a minimum)
- Familiarity with Sprout Social or other scheduling/analytics tools
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and workflow efficiency

Media Director
The Media Director is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all paid media campaigns and initiatives on behalf of the agency’s clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape, consumer behavior, and emerging trends to deliver innovative and effective media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and lead the overall media strategy for clients, aligning with their marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients, account teams, and creative teams to integrate media plans seamlessly with overall marketing initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on media trends, emerging platforms, and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry changes
Media Planning and Buying:
- Develop media plans across traditional and digital channels, ensuring optimal media mix to achieve client goals.
- Identify and negotiate media partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure and engagement.
- Monitor media budgets and allocations, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform media strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to develop performance dashboards and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Relationships:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding media strategy and performance updates.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and maintaining clear communication.
- Present media strategies, plans, and campaign results to clients in a compelling and confident manner.
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Cultivate relationships with media vendors, publishers, and technology partners to stay informed about industry developments and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with media partners to ensure optimal value for clients
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of media planning/buying agency experience managing multiple clients at a time
- Traditional and digital experience; digital expertise is most critical
- Knowledge of strata, squad, Microsoft/google platforms helpful
- Exceptional numerical and statistical ability and the diagnostic skills to analyze and identify discrepancies
- Entrepreneurial environment, balancing independent thought with collaboration
Web Designer
