Website & CRM Management

Following UI/UX optimizations made to the website to encourage lead acquisition, we needed to create a better system for how Vislink’s leads were identified, tracked, organized and disseminated to business development. Utilizing a CRM, we created systems around Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and how their sales team could convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ultimately into revenue.

The goal to better manage and collect MQLs influenced changes both organizationally for the management and sales teams, as well as the user experience for partners and customers.

Email Marketing

Email marketing was the advertising channel prioritized through campaigns to engage past and current MQLs, as well as target cold leads that met the qualifications to become an MQL.

Email campaigns promoted product lines, events and webinar invitations with strong calls to action to encourage users to complete form fills to become MQLs. The campaigns’ secondary goal was to elevate Vislink as an industry leader and expert in the field of live production.

Organic & Paid Social Media

LinkedIn was the predominant social media channel with regularly scheduled organic and boosted posts created and managed by Rhycom. And while we did collaborate with their marketing team as they looked to improve their position as leaders and experts on Twitter/X, lead acquisition was better served utilizing LinkedIn newsletters, carousels and motion graphic advertisements.
