What skills and experience are we looking for?
Project Management:
- 3+ years of experience for an agency or corporate marketing department
- Possess impeccable attention to detail and organization skills
- Own and drive the overall project and campaign workflow process
- Able to clearly communicate to key stakeholders on project deliverables, scope and budget
- Project manage multiple projects at one time, and able to “own” projects from inception to launch
- Good working knowledge of implementation processes and timelines for a variety of deliverables
- Develop project timelines and work at a pace to complete projects per those timelines
- Develop internal processes that positions the agency for growth and efficiency
- Acquire understanding of client brands and be able to ensure consistency across diverse mediums
Relationships:
- Maintain and build client relationships by working directly with clients to manage their account and grow their business organically, including day-to-day direct communication and correspondence
- Enthusiasm for brainstorming ideas and insights for furthering client goals
- Collaborate with internal team members for design, media and thought leadership
- Share client feedback and utilize all pertinent agency functions to develop solutions to feedback
- Manage outside contractors and work with team on scheduling and timelines
Strategy:
- Execute strategic planning, budgets, tracking, reporting, research, analytics, ROI and proposal writing
- Be the point person on strategy, billing, project status and all details important to the team and client
- Prepare content, attend, and present as part of new business team at pitches
- Be a solid business and creative writer for proposals, pitches and marketing content
Execution:
- Self-starter and solution finder with solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining cool, calm and collected
- Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing across email, phone and presentations
- Be positive, proactive, professional and polished, as well as be an excellent listener
- Be highly organized and able to balance client expectations with appropriate timetables
- GSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management software working knowledge a plus
