Rhycom is seeking a results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client social media accounts from strategy through execution: planning calendars, creating and publishing engaging, trending content, running paid campaigns, and monitoring performance. You will design visuals, produce short-form video, and contribute fresh creative ideas to fuel performance. This role blends social media management, paid social, content creation and light graphic design in a performance-focused environment.

Required skills and experience

1 to 3 years in social media account management, content creation or digital design
Strong proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at a minimum)
Familiarity with Sprout Social or other scheduling and analytics tools
Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and workflow efficiency
Deep understanding of social platforms and the ability to produce trending content that performs
Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn or comparable platforms)
Strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines

Desired skills and experience

Agency background a plus
Experience creating a variety of digital assets: graphics, animations, campaign visuals

Media Director

The Media Director is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and management of all paid media campaigns on behalf of the agency’s clients. The role calls for a deep understanding of the media landscape, consumer behaviour and emerging trends, and for turning that understanding into media solutions that perform.

Strategic leadership

Develop and lead the overall media strategy for clients, aligned to their marketing objectives and target audiences
Work with clients, account teams and creative teams so media plans and marketing initiatives fit together
Provide thought leadership on media trends, emerging platforms and technologies

Media planning and buying

Build media plans across traditional and digital channels, with a mix chosen to hit the client’s goals
Identify and negotiate media partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations
Monitor budgets and allocations, and optimise spend toward return

Data analysis and insight

Measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations the data actually supports
Analyse market trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategy
Work with analytics to build performance dashboards and reporting for clients and internal teams

Client and partner relationships

Act as the main point of contact for media strategy and performance
Build relationships by understanding the client’s business objectives and communicating clearly
Present strategies, plans and results with confidence
Cultivate relationships with media vendors, publishers and technology partners, and negotiate rates and terms

Qualifications

Five or more years of agency media planning and buying, managing several clients at once
Traditional and digital experience, with digital expertise the most critical
Knowledge of Strata, Squad and the Microsoft and Google platforms helpful
Exceptional numerical and statistical ability, and the diagnostic skill to spot discrepancies
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing independent thought with collaboration

Web Designer

Rhycom is seeking a self-motivated UI and interactive designer to join its creative staff. If creating contemporary custom designs is up your alley, we want to hear from you. You will be communicating with clients and strategising and designing for websites, emailers, digital advertising and the occasional printed piece. Required skills and experience

4+ years of experience for an agency or corporate marketing department
A degree in graphic design or UI/UX design, or equivalent experience
Solid working knowledge of the WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS and interactive processes
Familiarity with other website development platforms, and troubleshooting experience, a plus
Working knowledge of email marketing programs, and design and build for emailers
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Able to develop project timelines and work at a pace that meets them

Project Manager

Rhycom is seeking a self-motivated project manager and strategist. If working closely with clients to provide the best service and the sharpest strategic insight is up your alley, this might be the position for you.

Project management

3+ years of experience for an agency or corporate marketing department
Impeccable attention to detail and organisation
Own and drive the overall project and campaign workflow
Communicate deliverables, scope and budget clearly to stakeholders
Manage several projects at once and own each from inception to launch
Good working knowledge of implementation processes and timelines across deliverables
Develop internal processes that position the agency for growth and efficiency

Relationships

Build client relationships through day-to-day communication, and grow accounts organically
Enthusiasm for brainstorming ideas and insights that further client goals
Collaborate internally across design, media and thought leadership

Rhycom is seeking a motivated individual to lead our client acquisition efforts. As Director of Marketing you will prospect for and win new clients. The ideal candidate will jump straight in, take the lead, use initiative and cultivate relationships while representing the Rhycom brand.

Responsibilities

Prospect rigorously for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline
Outbound calling, email and text, and overall management of the pipeline through the sales cycle

A degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in graphic design
Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Able to brainstorm big ideas, themes and promotional campaigns, then implement them in detail
Good working knowledge of print processes and formats
