Commerce Bank, with 200+ branches in five midwestern states, is a leader in personal, small business, and commercial banking. Commerce offers an integrated suite of business-to-business financial services designed to streamline companies’ accounts payable processes. Our challenge is to effectively communicate the breadth of the offering in a simple easy-to-understand manner.
Solution
Rhycom conducted extensive research with both internal and external key stakeholders to drive new positioning and messaging platforms. The new positioning was brought to life through internal presentations, sales enablement materials, digital ads and series of animated videos.
Rhycom created numerous videos focused on enhanced accounts payable automation and revenue share for Commerce clients. The videos are being used to create awareness for the national business development initiative and provide features and benefits to prospects.
Rhycom also works on national digital campaigns for Commerce Payments™ to drive leads to SalesForce. Strategies and tactics include pay-per-click, video and digital advertising.
